Sporty Spice

This is one of Reboot with Joe's recipes off of his five day reboot with Joe plan. Red Juices are good for breakfast and/or afternoon snack. A great pre/post workout juice.

Directions

peel lemon and orange, peel the beets for less bitter flavor.  Put ingredients into juicer and enjoy.

Ingredients

2 beets, you can peel for less bitter taste

1 carrot

3 celery

1/2 lemon, peeled

1 orange, peeled

1 handful of basil leaves
