Peach (or Pear) Pie Delight
This is one of Reboot with Joe's recipes off of his five day reboot with Joe plan. Purple Juices are good for dessert.
Directions
peel sweet potato, pit peaches if used, core apple, put all ingredients except cinnamon in juicer. Once juiced, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Enjoy.
Ingredients
1 sweet potato, peeled
2 ripe peaches, pitted (or 2 pears if peaches are not in season)
1 red apple, cored
1 handful of blueberries
dash of cinnamon
