Directions
Heat oil in large heavy pot over medium heat.
Cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent.
Add turkey and cook, stirring, until meat is brown.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil and vinegar.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 60 minutes or, until flavors are well balanced
Ingredients
Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onion - Chopped - 1
Garlic - Minced - 2 cloves
Ground Turkey - 1 pound
3 Cans Black Beans, undrained
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes - 14.5 ounces
Chili Powder - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Dried Oregano - 1 tablespoon
Dried Basil Leaves - 1 tablespoon
Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Alt Add: 14 oz more of tomatoes 1 can pinto beans with jalapeños 1 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
Also, good to add sausage, corn, pinto beans and celantro
