Food process carrot till only tiny flake remain.
In a large pot or cast-iron pad over medium heat, add beef, carrot and begin to brown.
Reduce heat and add all seasonings (including broth) but flour and vinegar.
Add vinegar, followed by flour in tablespoon quantities, mixing chili as you go.
Simmer and stir on can extremely low heat for about 10 minutes.
1lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content)
1 can of Beef broth (13 to 14.5oz)
1 raw carrot
2 tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs Masa Flour
1 tbs white vinegar
4 tbs all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
