Add chopped mint and basil to the bottom of the pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon. Add four cups of hot water to the pitcher. Stir in a honey until dissolved. Add fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Top off with ice, seal lid and shake for 30 seconds to flash chill. Remove 1 1/2 cups of the lemonade to make froom for the fruit infusion.
Add chopped strawberries to the Fruit/Tea Infuser. Infuse for 3 hours in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
